Nanofactory Instruments and Chalmers University of Technology invite you to a two day workshop!
The workshop includes talks on some of the latest in-situ TEM discoveries and hands-on demonstrations with Nanofactory Instruments in-situ TEM probing systems:
- STM-TEM, for electrical probing
- TEM-AFM, nN force and electrical probing
- TEM-NanoIndenter, microN force probing
The practical sessions will be performed at the Microscopy & Microanalysis
research group at Chalmers, where recently a state-of-the-art Cs corrected
Fei Titan 80-300 with a monochromator has been installed.
